Selling your home in this incredibly competitive market requires an aggressive online strategy in addition to traditional efforts made offline. I believe that it takes a lot of promotion to sell a home. Consequently, my marketing plan always includes most if not all of the following online activities:
Property Description – Before taking the first step into a home, I immediately make notes of how to make the location and physical surroundings read well to prospective buyers highlighting the best neighborhood conveniences and small details of your home so that it stands out from the rest.
Pictures, Pictures, Pictures – I’ve invested in $1,000′s in top of the line photographic equipment so I can personally shoot the homes I represent. I stage the home 1st and then begin the photo shoot. If additional shots are needed, (i.e. sunny day vs rainy) I can come back at any time. I also can get the photos that I know will promote your house to the best advantage on the internet.
Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) – The MLS is an organization all local real estate agents belong to. It’s also the first place I expose your home online. Listings added to the MLS are immediately found by agents and potential buyers on any of the 1,000′s which feed MLS data online. In addition to being listed on Windermere.com, JohnLScott.com, Redfin.com, KellerWilliams.com, etc., your home is also being fed onto any real estate website boasting an MLS search in the Pacific Northwest.
Search Engines – Although I am proud to have built my business that provides a steady flow of referrals, much of your home’s audience will be from people searching for homes from Google, Bing, Yahoo! and others. I am constantly employing on- and off-page search engine optimization strategies that help your home be found with those searching in your targeted area.
National Network Linking – Years ago a trend in creating a network directory of other real estate professionals nationwide made it easy for me to secure a top spot with 1,000′s of other real estate websites from Olympia, WA, to the furthermost county east in Maine, and even to the southern tip of Florida.
Unique Listing/Neighborhood Websites – With the beautiful pictures I have professionally done for your home, I also supply a unique website for every listing. Listing websites showcase your home with larger than normal photos, neighborhood information and homes in the area that have recently sold.
